Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all advisory and consultation services provided by Conslyca Ltd. We believe in being transparent and fair with our clients.
Refunds
Clients are entitled to request a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase and before any advisory work has been delivered.
If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours but before delivery of notes or written guidance, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations
Scheduled consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled once at no cost if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may be considered used and refunds may not apply.
Non-Refundable Cases
- When advisory notes or written deliverables have already been provided.
- When the client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
- When the cancellation request is made after services are fully delivered.
Policy Updates
Conslyca Ltd reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Any updates will apply prospectively and will not affect prior completed transactions.
