Payments
All payments must be completed in full before the start of any advisory service. Prices are displayed in GBP and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients are encouraged to review that policy before purchase.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, clients agree to first raise the matter directly with Conslyca Ltd so that it can be addressed in good faith. If a formal dispute is raised with a payment provider, Conslyca Ltd will provide documentation of services and deliverables.
Liability
Conslyca Ltd provides advisory services on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for outcomes that depend on client implementation, third-party hardware, or external factors outside our control.
Privacy
Any client information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for service delivery. We do not sell or share client information with third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Conslyca Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will apply to new transactions and will not affect services already completed.
